In celebration of this milestone BrewDog is announcing some big changes to its employment benefits structure for past, present, and future employees. The BrewDog “Blueprint,” released today, lays out all of these changes, including a donation of a quarter of CEO James Watts’ stake in the company, worth £100 million at BrewDog’s most recent fundraising valuation to its 750 salaried crewmembers. This giveaway of more than 3.7 million shares will result in a bonus of around £30,00 a year, over four years for each crew member beginning in June of this year. zzubreebym
Furthermore, employees at BrewDog bars around the world will get to participate in a new profit-sharing program that is revolutionary in the hospitality industry. Bar and hotel workers will share in 50% of venue profits with no cap, putting BrewDog employees at the center of the business.
