Today I have your first peek at some new beers coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Ashville, NC: 10W-40 Vietnamese Iced Coffee will be an imperial stout brewed with High Noon coffee and double milk sugar (8%-AbV), South End IPA west coast-style IPA brewed with pilsner and Vienna malt that is dry-hopped with Strata, Simcoe and Amarillo, Resident Culture Brewing collaboration, 7%-AbV, 65 IBU), West Coast Style IPA will be double dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops (6%-AbV, 55 IBU), Point Lager brewed in collaboration with South Point Groceries (16oz cans, 5%-AbV) & Fruit Tart Paloma will be a cocktail-inspired sour ale with grapefruit and lime (5.5%-AbV, Fruit Tart Series). zzubreebym These are all 16oz cans and stay tuned for release info.
