This morning I have an exciting new collaboration coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Apricot Krisp and it will be a collaboration with Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. The beer will be a wild ale with fruits (apricots, Macintosh apples juice, cranberries), toasted oats, almonds, vanilla and spices (cinnamon) that is surprisingly the first collaboration between these two barrel-forward breweries. This granola-inspired Brewmaster’s Collective beer will hit 7%-AbV and it will be packaged in a limited run of 150 cases of 12.7oz bottles. Stay tuned for release details.
