Here’s a new beer coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Rubus Cube and it will be a raspberry sour ale that hits 7.3%-AbV. This is the 375ml bottle and stay tuned for release details. The updated version below will hit 7.1%-AbV.
