Today I have some new big bottles coming from De Garde Brewing in Tillamook, OR: Cranberry Premiére Gin barrel cuvée is a spontaneous farmhouse ale with cranberrie sthat is aged in oak Gin barrels for 1-year (8%-AbV), The Framboise Noire is a spontaneous wild ale with black raspberries that is age din oak barrels for 2-years (6.5%-AbV), Midi Frais spontaneous wild ale age din oak barrels for 18-months and dry-hopped with fresh Strata hops (4.5%-AbV) & The Rochette is a spontaneous wild ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that is age din oak barrels for 3-years (8%-AbV). zzubreebym These are all 750ml bottles and stay tuned for release details.
