One of the biggest weeks of the year is here at Block 15—our Late-Fall bottle release! This annual release includes Imagine; Imagine, Stroopwafle; Figgy Pudding in 500mL bottles; Snozberry in 750mL bottles; and O'l St. Nick, Winter Ale in 16oz cans!
All bottle and can releases are available for pre-order now through our online shop, and will remain open until Thursday, November 4th at 9am.
Additionally, we will also be offering up these beers for UPS shipping to all Oregon addresses! Orders placed by Thursday, November 4th at 9am will be sent out later that afternoon and should arrive in time for the weekend! If you are unable to visit this Saturday, and would like to have your allotment of release beers sent right to your door, proceed through the link below!

We captured the unique taste of what we know as peach, plum, boysenberry, strawberry, honey, and red raspberries and stored it into oak barrels for the true snozzberries to shine.

Figgy Pudding 2021
English-Style Barleywine
Figgy Pudding is an English-style Barleywine brewed with black strap molasses and a blend of English pale and specialty malts. Extended maturation in freshly-emptied brandy barrels and gentle spicing with Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice infuses this complex sipper with warming holiday flavors.

O'l St. Nick
Winter Ale
Named after our Patron Saint of Brewers, Ol’ Saint Nick is a generously malt-forward winter ale—artfully constructed with a base of Maris Otter, honey malt, and caramel malt balanced by zesty hop character. Ol’ Saint Nick offers notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a pleasant lingering finish.

India Pale Ale

This IPA was brewed exclusively with Amarillo hops from Virgil Gamache Farms in Toppenish, WA. With an unobtrusive grist profile and soft water base as the canvas, this beer is meant for Amarillo’s vibrant notes of orange marmalade, lychee, and pine to shine.

Belgian-Style Quad

Inspired by one of our favorite beers brewed in the Ardennes Mountains, this strong ale was brewed in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain range with European specialty malts and dark Belgian Candi sugar—a rich blend that hints at dark fruit and Dutch cocoa with a balanced, warming finish.

Partnering with Planktown Brewing, we packed this classic-style IPA with Amarillo and a heavy dose of classic “C” hops: Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade; balancing it out with a supportive malt backbone. The result is an entertaining throwback American IPA, rich in color, clean on finish and binge-worthy on nostalgia.

Low on bitterness, but big on flavor, this Irish-style red ale offers a pleasant, malty nose with subtle caramel flavor. Using roasted barley to achieve it’s deep reddish hue, this medium-bodied ale balances malt complexity with a clean finish. What a charmed life, indeed!
