Ninkasi Brewing Adding Ninkasi LagerHere we have an interesting new package coming from Ninkasi Brewing in Eugene, OR. This is Ninkasi Lager and it will be a spicy, cracker and crisp lager. This beer will hit 4.7%-AbV & 30 IBU and it looks a lot like Ninkasi Pilsner (based on style, AbV and IBU).     I kinda get the feeling lagers are gaining popularity more and more. IPA may still be top but lagers are gaining ground!!
