With the market splash of a myriad of flavors in spiked and alcoholic beverages, flavor profiles have come front and center. It’s the new phenomenon—many lighter than classic

Among the autumn season’s flavors to savor are:
Blood Orange—a blend of blood oranges from Italy with bittersweet heirloom apples which creates a cider with a zesty twist. This Medium-bodied cider has notes of, Bittersweet, Crisp, Raspberry and Grapefruit and pairs perfectly with shrimp tacos, blue cheese, dark chocolate, and with brunch.
Blackberry--A burst of ripe blackberries, notes of mixed berry with undertones of crisp apple with a refreshing and tart finish, this cider brings together aromas of sweet, blackberry, stone fruits and strawberry.
Cranberry—the newest limited release will help ring in that much needed cooler weather. This cider uses a blend of bittersweet apples and real cranberry juice for a tart yet light and refreshing beverage. It’s terrific on its own or as a base for a holiday punch and pairs well with hearty stews, turkey and cinnamon desserts.
Lemon Ginger-- crafted with bittersweet apples blended with bright, acidic lemons and finished with a beautiful bite of ginger, this cider is perfect with fish tacos, Thai noodle salads and light goat cheese. It has a spicy, zesty flavor of ginger.
Rosé-- A well-rounded cider using hibiscus and real rose for a uniquely light, dry take on rosé. It’s Sweet cherry and floral notes make it the perfect accompaniment to light salads, raw shellfish, and grilled tapas.
Sangria-- a blend of six fruits including peach, apple, elderberry, lime, cherry, and strawberry for a shareable drink just in time for the holidays. Mix up this pitcher ready cider with a little extra fruit or serve chilled on its own.
