Today I have another new can coming from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. This is Idyll Days Pilsner and it will be an unfiltered Belgian-style lager that uses floor-malted barley and a “special” Belgian yeast. The beer will ride in at 5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release timing.
