Today I have a new collaboration beer coming to the Brewer’s Pride Series from Shiner / Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, TX. This is Fruitcake Pastry Porter and it will be a collaboration with Collin Street Bakery. The beer will be an aged pastry porter with sweet Texas pecans and rich cherries with a “warm barrel-aged finish.” The beer is inspired by Collin Street Bakery’s DeLuxe Fruitcake and it will hit 7.5%-AbV & 20 IBU. This is the 12oz bottle and stay tuned for release info.
