Today I have some new cans coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. So Sauvy will be a New Zealand-inspired IPA brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice as well as Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Wakatu hops. The white wine-inspired beer will hit 6%-AbV. I’ve also added in the 312 Chicago Marathon Finisher edition (4.2%-AbV, 19 IBU). These are both 16oz cans and stay tuned for release info.
