Firestone Walker Adding 2021 SazaracHere’s a new bottle that doesn’t look quite ready for prime-time just yet from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. This is Sazarac 2021 Vintage and it will be a blended ale aged in Rye Whiskey, Cognac and Absinthe barrels with lemon peel. The beer will hit 10%-AbV & 40 IBU and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle (500 cases produced). Stay tuned for release details and likely an updated label. I’ve also added in Brewmaster’s Collective 2021 Brandy Barrel Barley Wine(13.8%-AbV, 20 IBU, 12oz bottles, 150 cases), Brewmaster’s Collective 2021 Tequila Barrel Merkin milk stout aged in Tequila barrels (7%-AbV, 15 IBU, 12oz bottles, 150 cases), 2021 Stickee Monkee central coast quad ale aged in Bourbon barrels (12.3%-AbV, 29 IBU, 12oz bottles, 675 cases), 2021 Whiskey Barrel Wheat Wine (11.7%-AbV, 12oz bottles, 17 IBU) & 2021 Parabola Autumn Edition imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels (14%-AbV, 55 IBU, 12oz bottles, 650 cases).
