New Holland Releasing Little Sparks No. 001 & No. 002

From New Holland:

Get your Little Sparks of joy!

We are back with another release of pub-brewed beers that will be canned and sold exclusively through our pubs. These are small batches and will only be available while supplies last.

A warm hug from a close friend. Snuggles with a cute puppy. Recognition for a job well done. Little sparks of joy can come in many forms, and for us they often occur after a long day when we’ve sat down with some friends and take that first sip of a fresh and juicy IPA. That’s why we will be brewing up some new and innovative double dry-hopped New England-style IPAs aptly named: Little Sparks.

Little Sparks No. 001

Little Sparks No. 001

Features Solero and Trident hops for a medley of mango and passion fruit flavor and an overwhelmingly tropical aroma. The yeast chosen for this recipe also lends flavors of guava and mango with a juicy haze and big aroma.

Little Sparks No. 002

Little Sparks No. 002

Hits us with lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, coconut and passion fruit flavors from dry-hop additions of Amarillo, Simcoe Cryo, and Sabro. Guava and mango flavors are again produced from fermentation.
