Today I have another new beer coming to the Terroir Project from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Terroir Quatre and it will be a wild ale with Cinsault grapes from Curtis Vineyard (10-miles away from the brewery). The beer is aged for 9-months in 100% French oak barrels and it uses proprietary flora from Curtis Vineyard. This is the 750ml bottle and stay tuned for release details.
