Just in time for Summer, light and spritzy Eukaryote returns to Creature Comforts on June 12. The Saison will be available in 500-mL bottles.
Eukaryote is a 4.2% ABV dry-hopped, mixed-culture Table Saison featuring DaySpring Farms wheat, Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and New Zealand Rakau hops. It's highly hopped with European hops with a slight twist to the historical style using New Zealand Rakau in the dry hop.
“Eukaryote is a very classic approach to historical Table Saison," said Director of Wood Cellar & Mixed Fermentation Blake Tyers. "We brought this beer to life with a very simple recipe featuring DaySpring raw wheat, European hops, and dry-hopped with New Zealand Rakau for a fun twist. It’s simple and highly drinkable with a floral and lemon-lime sports drink note.”
