Today I have a new collaboration beer coming from Mikkeller San Diego. This is The Powers To Be and it will be a collaborative blend of imperial stout aged in Apple Brandy, Brandy and Bourbon barrels brewed with AleSmith Brewing. The beer will be part of the Barrel Series celebrating 5-years and it will hit 13%-AbV (500ml bottle). I’ve also added in the non-collaborations Meditations ale aged in cherry wine barrels with Danish cherries (7.9%-AbV, 375ml, Wild Ales), Lost In Thought IPA (5.8%-AbV, Limited Series), Sassy Lassi sour IPA with mango, vanilla, cardamom, nutmeg and lactose (6.5%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Bah Hum-Bock German-stye doppelbock lager (8.8%-AbV, 16oz cans).
