JESTER KING RECENTERED -- A COLLABORATION WITH PINTHOUSE BREWING

April 29, 2021Jeffrey Stuffings

We're very excited to introduce JESTER KING RECENTERED -- a collaboration with our friends at Pinthouse Brewing in Austin, Texas! A hybrid of Belgian-style Grissette and American Hazy IPA, Recentered combines breadiness, crispness, and drinkability from Grissette with the incredible tropical fruit and berry hop character from the hop magicians at Pinthouse!

Recentered was mashed with Texas malted barley from TexMalt and malted, flaked, and raw wheat. It was kettle hopped with Pinthouse's selections of Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, and HBC 630, and dry hopped with Strata, Sultana, HBC 586, and more Mosaic cryo. Fermented dry, crisp, and lager-like with Antwerp Ale yeast. 6.6% abv. We get notes of pink grapefruit, coconut, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, and kiwi Agua Fresca.

Available now! Order online or visit our brewery, kitchen, farm, and inn in the beautiful Texas Hill Country on the outskirts of Austin. www.jesterkingbrewery.com. 4-pack 16oz. cans are $16. 200 cases available. No limit. Proxies welcome. Shipping and delivery illegal for Texas craft brewers.

Thank you to our longtime friend JOE MOHRFELD of Pinthouse for the friendship, support, inspiration, and brewing with us at Jester King. Stay tuned for leg two of the collaboration!
