Today I have some new collaboration bottles coming from Freigeist Bierkultur, Bayerischer Bahnhof & Schneeeule in Germany. Schampus Weisse 2017 Super Vintage will be a Berlin-style Weisse beer with Brettanomyces aged 25-years in wooden barrels (5.5%-AbV), Abraxas (Abraxxxas) smoked Lichtenhainer-Weisse ale (6%-AbV, 16oz cans packaged by Urban Chestnut in St. Louis, MO), Ottekolong unfiltered Kölsch-style ale (5%-AbV, 16oz cans, packaged by Urban Chestnut in St. Louis, MO), Haupstadt Helles will be a Bluejacket collaboration (5.5%-AbV, 16oz cans packaged by Urban Chestnut) and D.D.H. Double Dry Holunderbliite will be a Berlin-style Weisse beer with elderflowers aged 25-years in wooden barrels (5%-AbV). These are both 750ml bottles for U.S. distribution so stay tuned for release details.
