Today I have some soda-inspired sours coming from Evil Twin. Cola will be a sour ale with lactose and cola syrup as well as caramel color that hits 5%-AbV Orange will be a sour ale with lactose and orange syrup (5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Root Beer will be a sour ale with lactose, root beer syrup and caramel color that hits 5%-AbV and Grape will be a sour ale with lactose, grape syrup that also hits 5%-AbV. These are all 12oz cans packaged in North Haven, CT and stay tuned as I expect we’ll see more flavors.
