This morning I have two new cans coming from Stillwater Artisanal. A Sound Saison will be a hoppy spelt farmhouse ale fermented to the “sounds of waves crashing.” This beer will be a collaboration with Monkish Brewing and it will wash in at 7%-AbV. I’ve also added in Bourgeois Brunch sour ale with Chardonnay grapes, tangerine juice, milk sugar & vanilla. The beer is a collaboration with Omnipollo and it will roll in at 7%-AbV and Extra Loud India pale saison ale brewed with sake rice Dubfire collaboration (7%-AbV, 16oz cans). These are all16oz cans packaged in New Haven, CT.
