BrewDog: New Beer, A Brewery Takeover & More

From BrewDog:

BrewDog just added another AF beer to its roster: Faux Fox. A testament to what beer can be, this reinvented non-alcoholic Berliner is lightly sour to the taste with refreshing tartness rising to the surface. Bold raspberry flavors light up to stage, leading to a fruity & refreshing finish with only 29 calories and 4g carbs.

In other exciting beer news, BrewDog is excited to announce a craft beer lover’s bucket list-worthy brewery takeover: NanoDog, BrewDog’s unique microbrewery listed as the 30th top rated brewery in the world on Untappd, is taking over BrewDog’s Short North location in Columbus, OH (and all 24 taps!) for the entire month of April. Throughout the month, craft beer lovers can stop by and try some of the most delicious experimental brews on the planet.

What: NanoDog Short North Takeover featuring a range of NanoDog’s exclusive, high-intensity microbrews brewed at BrewDog’s Canal Winchester location. Traditionally only available in limited bottle releases and an occasional draft, this is the first time a wide variety of Nanodog brews will be available on draft at a BrewDog location. Every Thursday, Nick will release a new NanoBeer at 5 p.m. Some of the rare beers include (with more to come!):

· "Ska-klava" 13% ABV imperial milk stout brewed with caramelized Meadowfoam honey then conditioned on toasted walnuts, Indonesian cinnamon, and toasted phyllo dough. Brewed in collaboration with Dysfunctional Delights meadery from Lebanon, Ohio

· "Infinite Scoops" 12% ABV imperial milk stout conditioned on a blend of Ghanan and Guatemalan cacao nibs from Violet Sky, candied walnuts and a touch a mint. Brewed in collaboration with Branch and Bone Artisan Ales

· "Lil Chuggy" 3.5% Faux Lager fermented with Norwegian Lutra yeast. Light and crispy springtime beer!

· "Froot Bats (Freshfast Bowl)" 4% ABV oak aged smoothie sour conditioned on blackberry, blueberry, granola and oat milk.

Where: BrewDog Short North, 1175 N. High St. (between 4th and 5th Avenues), Columbus, Ohio 43201

· Please note: the brewery is enforcing 6-feet social distancing requirements and customers must wear a mask when they are seated. No more than 10 people per party. Reservations are highly encouraged.
