Our next two releases in the Journey Series are ready for your enjoyment. We are offering a preorder for these beers along with our third Brewers’ Best release on Saturday, November 7, with a pick-up day of Saturday, November 21. Please read below for all of the details:
Courage: Courage is the second release in the Journey Series and a wonderful showcase of whole fruits and nuanced tart and wild ale flavors. Courage is a white sour ale, fermented with our in-house sour culture and aged for two years before being finished with heaps of apricot and peaches fueling a secondary fermentation. This release is a celebration of the courage it takes to harness passions and pursue an uncharted path. — $13.99/500mL (Limit 12 Bottles)
Fear: Fear is the third and final 2020 release in the Journey Series. The base beer is a Baltic porter, brewed with figs and aged in hand-selected Cognac barrels for one full year before being finished with vanilla to provide a complex assortment of decadent flavors. This release represents the self-doubt and fear of failure that accompanies a pursuit of change. — $13.99/500mL (Limit 12 Bottles)
Holiday Ale: Holiday Ale is the third release in our Brewers’ Best series. This winter warmer is inspired by the festive taste of eggnog and is brewed with milk sugar and enough nutmeg to fill Santa’s sleigh! Post-fermentation, the beer is aged in bourbon barrels for over 3 months for an added kick of bourbon, vanilla and oak. Ordering Information
HOW TO ORDER
Online preorders will begin on Saturday, November 7 and last from 11am–4pm (or until all beer is sold out). Preorders can only be placed online. The online store can be reached here: biermi.com/store/new-holland. Payment will be required at this point. As a reminder, beers added to your cart are not officially yours until your order has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
FAIRBANKS SOCIETY EARLY ACCESS
Our Fairbanks Society members will receive early access to the online store via email on Saturday, November 7 at approximately 10:25am. Qualifying Fairbanks Society membership must be purchased by Wednesday, November 4 at 11:59pm.
PICK UP
During the preorder process, you will need to select a pickup location (NHBC Production Campus in Holland or The Knickerbocker in Grand Rapids). Orders will be available for pick up on Saturday, November 21 from 10am–6pm only. Proxies are allowed, but every pickup must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation. Every person picking up orders must present a valid ID showing proof of age (21+).
