DuClaw Releases Hop Tarts & The PastryArchy Candy Cane Imperial Stout

Hop Tarts. *This is NOT a heavily fruited beer!* Meet Hop Tarts, a golden double IPA with a slight berry essence achieved by adding raspberries, blueberries & strawberries during fermentation (a majority which ferments out of the beer during this process). Hops add to the beer’s fruitiness including Lotus, Mosaic, Fruit Punch, Enigma, Chinook & Amarillo. It’s a wild one!

The PastryArchy Candy Cane. A beautifully dark imperial Irish stout made with Tahitian vanilla bean, mint, vanilla and lactose. The tan head is as tasty as it is inviting. Come on in f rom the cold and slide into the holidays with cool notes of peppermint, roasty malts, and deep chocolate.
