Today I have even more new bottles coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. Apfelsap will be a wheatwine-style ale fermented with McIntosh apples and aged in Copper & King Apple Brandy barrels. This beer will roll in at 16.9%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. I’ve also added in Cinnamonk Bourbon barrel-aged imperial Flemish-style sour brown ale with blueberry and cinnamon (12.1%-AbV, 750ml bottles) & Befuddlement oak-aged sour rye ale and Bourbon barrel-aged ale blend with boysenberries added (9.8%-AbV, 750ml bottles).
