Brewers Collective Launches ‘Elevate QA’: New Online Resource Provides Free Quality Assurance Lab Support to Craft BrewersFrom Anheuser-Busch:

NEW YORK, NY  (August 27, 2020) - Brewers Collective, the craft business unit of Anheuser-Busch, announced today the launch of Elevate QA, a new website connecting craft brewers to state-of-the-art quality assurance lab support.

The sharing of lab access and resources between breweries has always been a part of beer culture, and Elevate QA allows any licensed craft brewer in the U.S. to request complimentary lab support from 13 different Brewers Collective craft partners and their facilities. Through the Elevate QA website, brewers can submit their quality related questions and challenges to request assistance for tests like measuring alcohol by volume percentages, real and actual degree of fermentation, and aerobic and anaerobic microbial plating analysis.

Elevate QA will always be free of charge and is intended to assist craft brewers who have run into a quality related brewing issue that they’re unable to solve without outside assistance through a lab.

“As the entire beer industry adjusts to a new normal, it’s more important than ever that we help each other out,” said Marcelo “Mika” Michaelis, president of Brewers Collective. “One way that Brewers Collective and our partner breweries can help is by providing support via our quality assurance labs, and we hope that the Elevate QA offering plays a small role in increasing collaboration and innovation within the industry.”

Brewers Collective has 13 craft partners with breweries and quality labs located in: Seattle (Elysian Brewing); Bend, OR (10 Barrel Brewing); Los Angeles (Golden Road Brewing); Tempe, AZ (Four Peaks Brewing Co.); Littleton, CO (Breckenridge Brewery); Houston (Karbach Brewing Co.); Chicago (Goose Island Beer Co.); Fennville, MI (Virtue Cider); Cleveland (Platform Beer Co.); Patchogue, NY (Blue Point Brewing); Roseland, VA (Devils Backbone Brewing Co.); Asheville, NC (Wicked Weed Brewing); Miami (Veza Sur Brewing).

Once a craft brewer submits a request for assistance through the online form, a Brewers Collective team member will contact the inquirer directly and assess what level of assistance and support the labs can provide at that given time. The Elevate QA website is now active and open to inquiries starting today, Aug. 27, 2020.
