Dear Twisted Pine Family & Friends,
In an abundance of caution and because it is the RIGHT thing to do, we have temporarily closed the Twisted Pine Brewing Ale House.
We were notified yesterday morning from an employee that they have tested positive for COVID-19. As soon as we found out we made the decision to close our tap room immediately. The employee had mild symptoms this week and went for a test which came back positive. The employee last worked for us on Monday, 7/20/2020, and at that time did not have any symptoms. Per our protocol, all staff are screened for symptoms before their shift and to this date no fever was displayed by any employee. We feel the chance of transmission is low but it is our obligation to be upfront and clear with anyone that may have come into contact with them.
As painful as it is to re-close our business, the last thing we want to do is provide potential exposure to our staff and customers. We are currently arranging for all our staff to obtain COVID-19 tests and we will remain closed until further notice.
Those of you that have visited our Ale House since June 1st have seen first hand the seriousness with which we take this pandemic and our efforts to combat it. This is uncharted territory for all of us, but together we will contain and overcome this virus. This is a community effort not an individual one.
Anyone who is concerned about exposure should monitor for symptoms and contact their doctor if symptoms develop. More information is available on the Boulder County Public Health website at www.boco.org/covid-19.
If you have any questions for us, please email us at info@twistedpinebrewing.com. We will post any additional updates on our social media pages: Facebook @twistedpinebrewing,

Stay safe, and as always, Stay Twisted,
Bob Baile
President of Twisted Pine Brewing Co.
