Perrin Brewing Company to Livestream Brewing of Self S'more-antine

From Perrin Brewing:

Comstock Park, MI . (June 1, 2020) The results of Perrin Brewing Company’s first ever Interactive Brew Project are in, and the people have selected Self S’more-antine as Perrin’s next limited release brew! Viewers are invited to a special livestream event on June 4, to watch Perrin’s brewing team make this crowd-sourced beer a reality; and homebrewers can follow along at home with instructions provided by Perrin.

The Interactive Brew Project was kicked off in April and allowed craft beer lovers to weigh in on aspects of Perrin’s next brew, including style and sub-style, flavor elements and the name of the beer. Perrin’s unprecedented experiment in beer democracy prompted thousands of votes over six weeks of voting, and the results were clear: the public is thirsty for a Russian Imperial Stout with marshmallow, vanilla and chocolate flavors, to be dubbed Self S’more-antine.

Tune in to Perrin's YouTube channel for a behind-the-scenes livestream brewing event starting at 8:30 a.m. EDT on June 4. Homebrewers can find detailed brewing instructions and a printable recipe here.
Self S’more-antine will be available on tap and in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans at the Perrin Pub on June 24, followed by Michigan-wide distribution. Please contact Lindsey VanDenBoom with questions at
