Today I have a new bottle coming from Alesong Brewing & Blending in Eugene, OR. This is Gose Añejo and it will be a sour ale brewed with agave, lime, orange and sea salt that is aged in Cazadores Tequila barrels. This Margarita-inspired beer is finished on lime and orange peels and the beer will roll in at 5.8%-AbV & 23 IBU. This is the 500ml bottle (bottles in July 2020 in a limited run of 1200 cases) and stay tuned for release info. I’ve also added in Raindrops And Roses rose-style sour ale aged in French oak barrels with Pinot Noir grapes (8.7%-AbV, 500ml bottles)
