Boulevard, Side Project & WeldWerks Collaborate On Let’s Keep It Platonic / Rhinegeist Crust Fall

Boulevard, Side Project & WeldWerks Collaborate On Let’s Keep It PlatonicThis morning I have a new First Fridays Collection collaboration coming from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City, MO. This is Let’s Keep It Platonic and it will be a collaboration with Side Project Brewing and WeldWerks. The beer will be a double Bourbon barrel-aged (15-months) imperial stout that hits 14.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for release info on this blend of four stouts.Boulevard, Side Project & WeldWerks Collaborate On Let’s Keep It Platonic

I’ve also added in the Rhinegeist “fruitful” collaboration Crust Fall. The beer will be a peach berry pie sour imperial Berliner-style Weise ale with peaches, blackberry, blueberry and other natural flavors (7.5%-AbV, 16oz cans).Boulevard & Rhinegeist Collaborate On Crust Fall

This 5 June 2020 update from Boulevard:

We're excited to unleash this Double Barrel-Aged Stout blend made with our friends at Side Project Brewing and Weldwerks Brewing Co. Together we brewed a collaboration base beer that was boiled for over 24 hours, a technique finely tuned by the talented folks at Weldwerks.  We then blended the collaboration brew (a technique mastered by the wise crew at Side Project) with three other stouts to help layer and round out flavors, with the collaboration brew making up 65% of the final blend.
