Atlanta Brewing Adding Program to Benefit Service & Healthcare WorkersFrom Atlanta Brewing:

The program will allow consumers to buy a 6-pack of beer for healthcare workers

ATLANTA, GA  (April 3, 2020) – Atlanta Brewing Co announced today a new program that will support Atlanta’s out of work service industry employees through “gifting” a $10 6-pack to Atlanta’s hospital and healthcare workers.

Georgia’s original brewery will offer a “donation” 6-pack option to be purchased by consumers on Atlanta Brewing’s website or in their Upper West Midtown Taproom at 2323 Defoor Hills Rd. These 6- packs will be available for pickup by essential hospital employees at restaurants across the city, and Atlanta Brewing Co will donate all proceeds from this program to local charities Bottleshare and Giving Kitchen. These organizations support sick and out of work service industry members throughout Atlanta.

“We are so thankful to our workers at local hospitals who are on the frontlines of this pandemic” says Atlanta Brewing Co Marketing Director Cameron Davis, “we wanted to do something to show them a small thank you, while also donating to our local service employees. We are hopeful that many
consumers will be willing to purchase a 6-pack for these healthcare workers, and that money will make an impact on our local service industry community”

Doctors, nurses, and other essential healthcare employees can pick up their donated 6-pack at the Atlanta Brewing Taproom, Rising Son in Avondale Estates, Deer and Dove in Dectaur, and Gato in Candler Park. Each of these restaurants is also offering takeout meals as well.

"We want to do anything we can to let those on the front lines know how much we appreciate them." - says Hudson Rouse from Atlanta’s Rising Son
