This morning I have a new collaboration beer coming from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CO. This is Spectrum of Desire and it will be a collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing in San Francisco, CA and I also have the Cellamraker collab Affection Principle imperial stout (14%-AbV, 22oz bottles). The beer will be an imperial stout blend partially aged in Bourbon barrels with vanilla, coffee and cocoa added (14%-AbV, 22oz bottles). I’ve also added in the non-collaborations Eldra hazy IPA (7%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Reality Maze Coconut Shake Edition imperial stout with coconut and vanilla added (12%-AbV, 12oz cans).
