Aphrodite Rising explodes right out of the can with intense aromas of peach, passion fruit, lime, and watermelon. Mostly backloaded to maximize aroma and soften astringency from a massive hop schedule, AR features whirlpool, fermentation, and post-fermentation additions, plus a light and simple malt bill to showcase it’s beautiful blonde hue and persistent haze.
