This morning we bring you two new collaboration beers coming from Upland Brewing in Bloomington, IN. Uncoil will be a collaboration with Burial Beer that is a sour ale brewed with Brettanomyces and buckwheat from Sugar Creek Malt Co and Golden Brue will be a collaboration with The Bruery that is a dry-hopped barrel-aged lambic-style sour ale with Eureka and Citra hops. These are both 500ml bottles and stay tuned for release details.
