Cascade Working On Chêne Des Fous Burial Beer Collaboration

Here we have a new collaboration coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR.  This is Chêne Des Fous 2018 and it will be a collaboration with Asheville NC’s Burial Beer.  The beer will be an 18-month French oak barrel-aged triple ale with dried sumac, fresh apricots and toasted American oak chains.  The beer will hit 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle.  Stay tuned for release info.
