Finally, Memorial Day is almost here! We have a whole bunch of reasons to welcome the unofficial first weekend of summer with us here at Tröegs. On Thursday, we’ll be kicking off our celebrations with a limited release of Scratch #377 in 16-oz. cans. With a malt bill dominated by oats and unmalted wheat, this IPA has a soft, rich mouthfeel, laying a canvas that lets the hops shine. A combination of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic gives us resiny mango, grapefruit and passionfruit notes, and a new-to-us yeast adds juicy notes of peach. This one will be here and only here. On Saturday, join the 45-minute Pairs Well workshop in our private barrel room. You’ll learn more about our neverending search for the perfect flavors while trying four of our beers alongside house-made and locally sourced small bites. Tickets at troegs.com/visit/brewery-tours. On Sunday, our brunch menu features fennel-sausage breakfast sandwiches with a fried egg. And at noon Sunday, we’re opening up the Food Truck for Burgers in the Beer Garden. Enjoy smash burgers – two patties on a potato roll – with Cooper Sharp, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard. We’ll also have our house-made black bean burgers. And yes, we are open on Monday, too
