collaboration beer coming from
Almanac Beer in Alameda,
CA. This is
Strawberry Hopcake and it will be a
collaboration with our very won New Trail Brewing in Williamsport,
PA. The beer will be a sour ale aged in oak barrels with strawberries, cherries, nectarines, raspberries and pluots. Add in a dry-hopping with Sabro, Citra and Cashmere and you have Strawberry Hopcake. This sour ale will hit 6.7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle. Stay tuned for
release details and the story of how these two breweries got together.
