This morning we have a bunch of new bottles coming to the U.S. from Mikkeller Baghaven in København, Denmark: Biére des Champes Chardonnay barrel-fermented and Citra dry-hopped rustic Danish shipyard pale ale (7%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Granadilla blended Danish wild ale fermented and aged in French oak foeders and then aged on yellow passionfruit (9%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Kati 2nd Shift collaboration Chardonnay barrel fermented wild ale (6%-AbV, 750ml bottle), Spätale American wild ale fermented and aged in a French oak foeder then aged on late-picked Reisling grapes (8%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Ebon Hedges blended Danish wild ale fermented and aged in French oak foeders and then aged on blackberries (15%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Rubus Of Rose blended Danish wild ale fermented and aged in French oak foeders and then aged on raspberries (15%-AbV, 375ml), Havne Saeson (7.2%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Gift From Demeter (6.5%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Ruud Peesch (12.7oz bottle, 6%-AbV), Retsaesoen (7.4%-AbV, 750ml) & I Found My Thrill Danish wild ale fermented and aged in a French oak foeder and then aged on local blueberries (7%-AbV, 375ml bottle).
