Off Color Brewing in Chicago,
IL. This is
Squoke and it will be a foedre-aged wild ale brewed with Nugget hops and age din an Italian Barolo foudre for 16-months. The beer will hit 5.9%-AbV & 10 IBU and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
