Here’s your very first peek at a new
collaboration beer coming from
New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins,
CO & Asheville,
NC. This is
Err On The Side Of Awesome and it will be a
collaboration with
The Rare Barrel in Berkeley,
CA. The beer will be a dark and golden blended sour ale with cherries that will hit 6.5%-AbV. The beer is a blend of New Belgium dark sour Oscar and a Kriek Lambic that is “matured” in the NB’s original 17 wine barrels (that began their sour program) before New Belgium golden sour Felix is blended in. This is the 375ml bottle-conditioned packaging and stay tuned here for full release info.
