HEDGE WITCH DIPA
The third iteration of this beloved DIPA benefits heavily from our experience brewing its predecessors--which is really saying something, considering the first two rounds were pretty frickin’ bomb. We loaded this beer with a mountain of Citra & Amarillo hops, yielding a profile chock-full of pineapple, peach, orange zest, and tropical fruit. It’s a rare instance of the third installment in a trilogy actually being the best.

DREAM POP
Ready your taste-buds for an arrestingly delicious flavor experience that’s as unique as it is awesome. We began this utterly delightful IPA with a grain bill of 2-row, malted oats, flaked oats, white wheat malt, and a touch of flaked rye. Then, we added massive amounts of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops followed by a generous helping of vanilla. Finally, just to be ridiculous, we added huge quantities (understatement) of blood orange & pineapple to create a creamy, indulgent spectacle of citrus and tropical fruit that’s going to go full-on HAM on your taste buds.

MIST DRAGON (COLLAB W/ HUMBLE SEA BREWING CO.)
This collab with the lovely folks at Humble Sea is a glorious union of two disparate realms. We started with a hazy IPA malt-bill and fermented with lager yeast before lightly dry-hopping with Nelson. The result is a 5.6% foggy lager sporting aromas of white grape, lychee, and spicy wild grass, with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and lager-like finish. It’s a majestic new beast, and a testament to the combined powers of weird minds. Brace yourself.

TEMPLE OF RUIN IPA (COLLAB W/ BURIAL BEER CO.)
The progeny of a mental & emotional partnership with Burial Brewing, this hazy IPA is dankness given physical form, with outrageous quantities of Mosaic & Simcoe yielding a juice-vortex replete with flavors and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, with just a touch of pine to put the bow on top. For real. It’s delicious. You should totally buy some.

PHARAOH ASCENDANT
Built on a complex and meticulously constructed malt bill, this unapologetically decadent imperial stout was lavished with straight-up irresponsible amounts of maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla. WIZARD & GRAF CHAPTER 2: ROSÉ EDITION (COLLAB W/ SHACKSBURY CIDER)
The latest installment in our collaboration series with Shacksbury Cider in Vermont, this hybrid-wunderkind began with a malt bill of pilsner, Vienna, Caravienne, wheat malt, unmalted wheat, and honey malt, which was then introduced to Vermont & Basque apples, cab franc grape skins, and some Cascade & aged Hersbrucker hops. Fermented with house cultures and aged in red wine & North American port barrels, it’s a gloriously complex and infinitely refreshing beverage replete with flavors & aromas of boysenberry, black currant, and raspberry tea, all culminating in a delightfully dry finish.

Important notes regarding the canned special releases Temple of Ruin IPA, Mist Dragon, Dream Pop, Hedge Witch DIPA, & Hop-Conditioned Ethiopia Amaro Coffee Beans:
- While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 5/10/2019), the pick-up window for Temple of Ruin, Mist Dragon, Dream Pop, and Hedge Witch is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 4/14/2019. No exceptions.
The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be 3/13 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 3/15 in Portland. We'll be hosting release parties at all locations on their respective first days for pick-up. We'll have a bunch of special beers on tap, and there will be no shortage of good vibes, so that'd be a pretty ideal time to grab your beers.
