news of this beer, and now we have your first peek at the full bottle packaging. This is
Raison Brett’Ra and it will be coming to the
Wooden It Be Nice series of barrel-aged beers. The beer is a wild dark ale aged in Bourbon barrels (for 7-months) on green raisins and a brettanomyces blend (Brettanomyces Drei & Brettanomyces Brux). This wild version of Raison D’Etre will be the 4th
release in the series and it will hit 7.3%-AbV. This is the 375ml bottle and stay tuned here for full
release details.
We also have the full packaging for
Ouvert Operation wild ale with Himalayan peppercorns that is open-fermented with Saison yeast, Brettanomyces Drei and Claussenii. The beer is aged for 6-months in Gin barrels and packaged in 375ml bottles. Look for Ouvert Operation to hit 6%-AbV. This is also listed as the 4th
release in the series so stay tuned for full
