Hill Farmstead Releasing Rum Barrel Genealogy of Morals, with Coffee Collective Akmel Nuri 1/30

From Hill Farmstead:

On Weds., January 30, we will release a special rum barrel-aged variant of our wheat imperial stout, Genealogy of Morals, with Coffee Collective Akmel Nuri.

As part of our single origin coffee experiments, we aged the beer for more than 16 months in Privateer Rum barrels then further conditioned the beer atop Akmel Nuri's organic Ethiopian coffee beans sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. These friends long ago changed our world-view as to what coffee could be and continue to deeply influence us here at Hill Farmstead.

Please visit our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required for this bottle).

We will also have fresh cans of Double Nelson, along with a great selection of other cans and bottle offerings. Visit our retail page for updated information.
