From Almanac:

Almanac is off to a delicious start in 2019 with new Farm to Barrel sours and fresh collaboration brews. Stay tuned for more rad releases in the coming weeks and don't forget SF Beer Week is just around the corner! We can't wait to celebrate with you.

Plum Fairy

SOUR FARMHOUSE ALE AGED IN OAK BARRELS WITH PLUMS, PLUOTS & VANILLA BEANS
5.9% ABV | 5.2gal keg & 12/375ml bottles
Plum Fairy is a distant relative of the more well-known Sugar Plum Fairy. Instead of ruling the Land of Sweets, this pixie is the Empress of Sour. This barrel-aged farmhouse ale was brewed with Admiral Maltings Pilsner Malt, oats, and spelt. The base beer was then fermented with organic California-grown plums and pluots (plum & apricot hybrid) from Blossom Bluff Orchards and our wild house culture. The final potion is enchantingly well balanced with floral aroma and notes of oak, vanilla, and tart stone fruit.

Figgy Stardust

DARK ALE BREWED WITH FIGS, CINNAMON & VANILLA BEANS
6.7% ABV | 5.2gal keg & 6/4/16oz cans
**ULTRA LIMITED COLLAB WITH
FREMONT**
Brewed in collaboration with the martian spiders at Fremont Brewing in Washington, this dark ale was fermented with a strain of Nordic Kviek yeast and was brewed with California figs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Sip while star gazing and perfecting your snow white tan. Figgy Stardust is the beer light to guide you.

Grey Matter
GRISETTE ALE AGED IN OAK BARRELS WITH PEAR
4.8% ABV | 5.2gal keg & 6/4/16oz cans
**ULTRA LIMITED COLLAB WITH
HUMBLE SEA**
Grisette, meaning “grey stone”, is a light and refreshing ale originally brewed for Belgian miners. This collaboration with the salty dogs at Humble Sea Brewing Company in Santa Cruz was lightly aged in oak barrels with a touch of sweet pear, taking on juicy new depths.
