Almanac Beer Announces SF Beer Week Special Releases & Events

Be the first to try these awesome brews at the Opening Gala on February 1st and join us for our release party at the Alameda Almanac Barrel House on February 2nd.

Farmer's Reserve No. 5

SOUR FARMHOUSE ALE AGED IN OAK BARRELS WITH STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, CHERRIES, NECTARINES & PEARS

This small batch beer was created to celebrate the fifth anniversary of releasing our very first mixed-culture, barrel-aged sour beer, Farmer's Reserve No. 1 in 2013. In keeping with tradition, this blonde farmhouse ale was fermented with a mix of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, and lactobacillus, and aged for months in oak with a delectable mix of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, nectarines, and pears.

Grissly Bear

GRISETTE AGED IN OAK BARRELS WITH BAY LEAF

**LIMITED COLLAB WITH LOCAL BREWING**

This golden grisette ale was brewed with our good friends at Local Brewing Co. in San Francisco using 100% California ingredients including foraged bay leaves that put a delicate twist on this historic style. Pairs well with road trips to Big Sur, hiking amongst the redwoods, and braving cold Pacific waters.

Zomby Woof

HAZY DIPA BREWED WITH MAPLE SPIRALS AND ZAPPA HOPS

**LIMITED COLLAB WITH MIKKELLER & PARIAH**

Telling you all the zomby troof! We collaborated with the dancing fools with magic fingers at Mikkeller and Pariah Brewing in San Diego to compose this hazy DIPA brewed with maple spirals and dry-hopped with Sabro and Zappa Hops. #realponcho

Oslo Hot Chicken Honey DIPA

KVEIK- FERMENTED DIPA BREWED WITH WILDFLOWER HONEY AND DRY-HOPPED WITH SABRO & CITRA
**LIMITED COLLAB WITH
HENHOUSE BREWING & OLD DEVIL MOON**
No chickens were harmed in the making of this beer! It was brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast that ferments at an unusually high temperature. After the adding wildflower honey and dank Sabro and Citra hops, the resulting brew is filled with notes of pineapple and sweet orange.
