Here’s your first peek at a new beer (and bottle) coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is Foudre Apricot 19 and the beer is an oak-aged rye ale blended with apricot and fermented with brettanomyces. The beer will be packaged in 16.9oz bottles and stay tuned for release info. Stay tuned for 2019 release info.
