From Troegs:
This Mexican-style dark lager starts with a canvas of German pilsner malt and flaked corn to elicit hints of slightly sweet kettle corn and caramel with a grassy crispness. A lager strain from south of the border ferments this beer extremely dry, but the flaked corn tempers the dryness with a smooth mouthfeel and a touch of perceived sweetness. Deep amber in color and robust in flavor, Scratch #359 is snappy and refreshing. 4.7% ABV. We taste: kettle corn, hint of caramel, dry finish. Draft and growler fills available now at the brewery.
