Fresh Pow
IPA
Fresh Pow is a winter IPA featuring resinous, citrusy, and tropical American and New Zealand hop varietals alongside a warm malt base designed to balance this wintry hop experience. Brewed in cooperation with Ashland artist Chris Herbst, Fresh Pow will be brewed often and released fresh throughout the winter.
Fresh Pow is releasing at both Block 15 locations this Saturday, with distribution around Oregon and Washington beginning Monday, December 3.

The Prophecies
Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale
Inspired by one of our favorite beers brewed in the Ardennes Mountains, this strong ale was brewed in the shadow of the Cascade mountain range with European specialty malts and dark Belgian candi sugar—a rich blend that hints at dark fruit and Dutch cocoa with a balanced, warming finish.
The Prophecies is releasing in house at both Block 15 locations on Tuesday, Dec. 4th, with distribution around Oregon and Washington beginning on the 3rd.

Join us at our Tap Room on Saturday, December 1, for the release of Hoppy Holidays in 16oz cans alongside Hypnosis and Turbulent Consequence, Huckleberry in 500mL bottles. Packaged beer will be available to purchase when the Tap Room doors open at 11:30am.

Barleywine Matured in Cognac Barrels
Brewed with specialty English malt, this rustic barleywine was matured for 12 months in freshly-emptied French cognac barrels, imparting an entrancing complexity that features notes of plum, caramel, Red Flame raisins, marzipan, orange marmalade, and a whisper of barrel character.

Hoppy Holidays
IIPA with Citrus and Spruce Tips
Hoppy Holidays is brewed with a sleigh-full of resinous and citrus-forward hops, sweet orange zest, and locally foraged spruce tips. Its seasonal flavors of pine and citrus blend with a warming malt backbone to evoke holidays past, like opening a gift box of citrus under a holiday tree. Hoppy Holidays from Block 15!

Turbulent Consequence, Huckleberry
Spontaneously Fermented Ale with Huckleberries
Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium, including a multi-step turbid mash, inoculation with resident flora in our wild cellar’s coolship, and spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrels. Mature barrels are then used in various blends throughout the year. 2018 Huckleberry was matured over two years in barrels, including a year on wild huckleberries.
