Here’s an interesting new can coming from
Craft Brew Alliance itself. Made up of
Widmer Brothers,
Redhook and
Kona Brewing, this beer will actually be branded as
Craft Brew Alliance. The beer is called
pH2 and it is a hazy New England-style IPA brewed with Tang as well as Simcoe, Amarillo, Crystal and Mosaic hops.
pH2 will hit 6.7%-AbV & 60 IBU and it will be packaged in 16oz
cans in Portland,
OR (likely by Widmer). We also have pH7 golden ale with Sake yeast (30 IBU, 8.5%-AbV, 12oz cans).
