This morning we have the 2018 Edition of Chronology:24 from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This release is an imperial porter (no longer a Scotch ale) aged in Bourbon barrels and this is the “4th release in a chronologically aged series released at 6-month intervals to chart the evolution of barrel-aged character over time.” This beer hits 13.6%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle. We also have Sundae Sunday imperial stout aged in wine and Bourbon barrels with vanilla and boysenberries (17.2%-AbV, 750ml bottles, Hoarders Society Release 6/4).
