Squatters Craft Beers Releases Three New Brews

Squatters Craft Beers Releases Three New BrewsFrom Squatters:

Salt Lake City, UT – Squatters Craft Beers is making a big summertime splash with the announcement of three beer releases for the season, including two new line extensions and the return of an old favorite. Chasing Tail Orange Golden Ale and Hop Rising Tropical Double IPA, together with veteran Provo Girl Pilsner, are available in stores now.

Building on the popularity of Squatters much-loved Chasing Tail Golden Ale, Chasing Tail Orange Golden Ale has a higher alcohol content at 5.2% ABV and a subtle, not-too-sweet, navel orange nose. This little puppy proudly wears the Best Friends Animal Society logo and will be served at events celebrating the partnership between the two organizations throughout the year. “We’re excited to share this addition to the summer line-up with fans,” said Marketing Manager, Amy Tangaro. As a toast to the partnership, the flagship Squatters Pub Brewery location in downtown Salt Lake City will christen their newly minted dog-friendly patio with an adoption event in July.

Trade in the pitchfork for a Tiki torch and grab a Hop Rising Tropical Double IPA this summer. In this 9% ABV island twist on the mighty-hop lovers dream, entirely hop-derived citrus and mango notes complement the malty backbone and high alcohol content of this perennial favorite. “Line extensions offer us the opportunity to accentuate the best of what our established brands have to offer,” said UBC Chief Operating Officer Jon Lee.

Last but not least, Provo Girl Pilsner is making a comeback. A Brewmaster never plays favorites, but the return of Provo Girl strums on the heartstrings of many folks around the brewery. “I love a truly sessionable Pilsner and this beer is spot on! I was part of the brewing team that created the original back in 1998 and I’ve always loved the beer,” said Lee. This Bavarian-style darling is back and better than ever – a classic Pilsner style featuring aromatic, slightly floral Hersbrucker hops. It’s the perfect refresher for summer nights – and days.
